THE WOOKEY WITCH // SLEEPING STONE - FINE ART PRINT

The witch was once a beautiful young woman, happily in love with her beloved. One night, she stumbled across her beloved with another woman and woefully took off to the caves for shelter in her sorrow. Whilst there, the witch cried out for help in her hour of need, something to take away the heartache and the pain. The caves, known for itβs dark magic and hellish ways, sent visions of lucifer himself to the sweet young woman. She vowed to him that if he could take away her pain she would turn to the darkness and from there The Witch Of Wookey Hole was born. She lived the rest of her life in the caves casting spells and cursing those who crossed her path without welcome.
We will never truly know the full story of the witch and her cave dwelling life, but we do know that the caves are blessed with magic and mystery. A true spectacle to behold.
