The Violet Goblin - Fine Art Print
βThe Violet Goblinβ
A5 Fine Art Print
In old English folklore, the person that picks a Violet that is dusted with dew could bring rain, misfortune or even death.
As a child, the first time I seen a Violet, resting itβs head along the morning stream, I scaled a wall close to our home and tried to get a closer look at it. As I scrambled the wall, I was so captured by its scent and colour that I fell from the wall and was consumed by stinging nettles. Shortly after I was lifted out of the nettles and the upset had calmed, I looked to see if I could find the Violet and when I peeked over the wall, the flowers had vanished.I knew from that day that the Violet held a very mischievous energy, or was it me? Whichever the answer, I bring to you, The Violet Goblin.
Each print arrives hand signed and numbered to a printers batching code. Prints are on high quality paper for long lasting, high contrast imaging, backed and hand wrapped before sealing with a seal of approval.
